Enhanced Amelia, Knight of Twilight NPC with expanded lore, clarified mechanics, and additional content for DMs.

Added Resistance: Necrotic (vampire trait)
Added Trait: Vampire Regeneration (20 HP/round, stopped by radiant/holy water)
Clarified Inexorable Threads: Added removal methods (long rest, greater restoration, heal spell)
